Returns and Refunds

Airal warrants all of our products are free from material and workmanship defects, under normal use, for one year from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear are not covered by Airal’s warranty. Any product or product piece that Airal finds to be defective can be repaired or replaced.

Airal’s warranty only applies to its products, and excludes return freight, delivery, loss or damage to personal property, removal and/or installation costs, and any damages or labor, be they incidental or consequential. Products that are misused, abused, altered, improperly installed, or subject to negligence are not covered by our warranty.

Airal’s warranty department must approve all warranties, and a copy of the invoice for the defective product or product piece must be presented by the original purchaser. Unless specified in our literature, installation instructions, or user manuals, Airal’s standard warranty is for a period of one year.
